This was my morning; get up, put coffee on, make lunches, fold laundry, drop off kids, get groceries, clean up dishes, feed the dog, return phone calls and emails, grab a bite to eat, fold laundry, tidy my office, put gas in the car, pick up dry cleaning... I seem to be on auto pilot this morning and I have a few negative thoughts floating around in my head about the other people who live here who also contribute to the mess; the trail of toys and assorted 8-year-old objects around the house; a measly 20 seconds of romance and the never-ending pile of laundry!I will be heading out for my walk to de-stress before my chakras get all out of whack (especially my Sacral Chakra as date night is in the works).The dog is watching me as I begin my deep breathing exercises in the kitchen.
